[DML] Fuel Pump question

[R Holden <royceholden@xxxxxxxxx>]

Is the fuel pump supposed to just "click" when you
start it?  Right now, that's what mine does and I'm
wondering if I need to get a new one?  Is it supposed
to "hum" instead of just "click"?
