"Thank you" to Marvin & Lynne for their hospitality and hard work
organizing the "Show & Shine" event. We had a wonderful weekend in
Canada!!!! It was so good to meet up with many friendly and familiar
faces again, and make new friends too.

The water under the Ambassador Bridge at the border (from Detroit) is a
beautiful blue... unlike our water down the "muddy" Mississippi River
here in the St. Louis area. We can't wait to see Lake Heron in 2005!

Everything went smoothly, including keeping all of the cars together
through traffic and lights. It's amazing that no one got lost or left
behind, and was nice when some of us were separated for a short time, we
knew the rest of the caravan would be waiting up ahead.

The variety of appetizers at G.T.'s grill on the beach was a great touch
and it worked so well for the group.

If you didn't hear about a few of us that sneaked out to the casino
Saturday night, Albert Kirk (Ohio) was the big winner, and he was kind
enough to pay for breakfast for all on Sunday. (Nice surprise, BIG
AL)!!!!
