[DML] Re: high rpm idling

Your idle problem is caused by a sticking accelerator cable or linkage. This
could be an easy fix. With the engine off have an assistant operate the
accelerator pedal while you observe all of the moving parts of the
accelerator linkage. Spray all of the pivot points and cable entrances with
white lithium grease. If this doesn't correct the problem contact us
directly for further information.

The bearing noise you hear is most likely caused by a defective AC drive
belt idler pulley bearing. This item is not expensive and can be replaced
with the proper tools and average mechanical abilities.
