[DML] Ideas for integrated car audio options (read: new radio receiver questions)

In installing the new Alpine receiver:

I noticed that there are some options for an amp to
push the front and rear speakers, an ipod connector,
and a bluetooth connector for hands free phones.

Has anyone have any recommendations how to cable up
the Delorean for each of these items, what cables I
would need, and any modifications to the dash area?
