Did you see this on the DMCHelp site? It looks like a good way to do an clean looking iPod dock with the Alpine head unit...I know that the cable they use is the Alpine "Full Speed" iPod cable (Alpine KCE-422i). I'm planning on doing this system in my car as well, so I'm doing my rearch on it as well.
