I had a similar scenario with Ian Foster's ANZ 2047. The
drivers door was well and truly jammed on the front striker. The bottom
panel will have to come off to make it easier for access. With a pair of
pliers on the link rod pulling back on the lock, you will have to put your
arm through the open window from the outside to do this. Place your fingers
from your other hand underneath the door and with grunt & some bad
flatulence, you should be able to pull the door up. Don't try & lift it with
the outside door handle as it will only brake off.
