If you get an answer from your insurance company about modifications that you want to perform to your vehicle, MAKE SURE YOU GET THE RESPONSE IN WRITING AND MAKE SURE IT IS SIGNED!!
If you need it at a later time in a court of law, hard copies count, verbal doesn't!
