I spoke with Dave Swingle and this is my plan of attack - 

1. Pull injectors and cold start valve and make sure they are opening evenly and spraying correctly.  If not, get injectors cleaned.  If so, step 2.
2. Replace O2 sensor and check frequency valve activity with my dwell meter.  If it's off, I'l adjust the CO
3. If it's swinging correctly, I'll have to use my fuel pressure gauge to check pressures, but I'm pretty sure those should be good.

I'll let you all know what I find!  Probably be doing this over the weekend.

You might also check that the cold-start valve is closing properly and the 
accum lines to the fuel pressure regulator are connected properly.
