[DML] Front upper control arm and ball joint replacement

Does anyone have information on how to replace the upper ball joint?
I ordered new upper control arms from DMCH thinking they would come
with ball joints but they did not.  I am going to have to order upper
ball joints on monday unless there is a cross reference but I am
wondering if this is something I can change out or will a shop need to
do the work.  Any ideas or suggestions?
