My radiator bleed has been rerouted UPHILL to the heater core. That's
my idea of true self-bleeding.

BTW: Mods such as this do not cost anywhere near $20K...

Electrical issues such as an unfused ground in the headlight master
switch be blamed on sloppy last minute engineering, quality of British
switches notwithstanding.
