[DML] door removal

I am going to be replacing my passenger's side door and in searching the archives could not locate a definative procedure for the torsion bar or the door removal.
I was looking for the plans to build the jig for the torsion bar removal but did not find them either. There was a reference to a DOA article but not which one.
Any good websites have this or a good place to look?
Also are there any pitfalls to avoid???
