No. just an expensive one. I only know of one car that's been done, and it's a right-hand drive conversion car that's currently in Singapore. I believe it's going to be removed due to the horrendous complexity of it. It would be nice to engineer a modern electrical power steering setup but I don't know of anyone who's done it. You'll find that the steering effort on DeLoreans is all over the place, depending mostly on tires and secondly on front end alignment.
