John, Sagging is not normal. You have to consider the temperature, what
strut brand and how are the torsion bars adjusted.
The best way to tell what's going on is on a day that is 75 degrees with a
Stabilus strut which are the best and the original the doors should lift all
the way up by themselves with no sagging. If the conditions are as above and
they are sagging then it's either strut or bars adjustment.
What is the temp where you are.

Subject: [DML] doors sagging after replaced struts
The DMC we just bought had door struts that didn't work, doors closed
completely. The car was at a Ford dealer who worked on it previously.
He replaced the struts and we were quoted $200 for door/trunk struts +
labor. They delivered the car the other day and the new struts are on.
But the driver door sages 25% and the passenger door sags 50%. We were
also charged $300 for the install for some bs reason they gave us
after the fact. Is sagging normal or were we ripped off?
