Its kinda funny, you say youre not making any accusations but it 
sure sounds like you are. Mr Grady is a phenomenal technician, thats 
for starters. Secondly $5,000 can be spend in a hurry when you are 
talking about a Delorean, especially when it concerns the fuel 
system. Did you ever see what a fuel distributor costs? Also whats 
the mileage on the car? How, where was it stored? If the previous 
owner just socked it away and then dumped it on someone he wasnt 
that commited afterall. If you are going by the $25,000 rule then 
perhaps you paid too much for the car, keep in mind expenses and 
repairs dont stop after a set amount has been spent....the joys of 
owning an exotic. Lastly, you really cant put a "cap" on certain 
things and big deal they went over by $1000 dismantling costs money 
too dont forget....welcome to the wonderful world of Delorean...you 
thought women cost money? just wait.....you are in great hands with
