I must applaud Rich for so very succintly stating
something that should be obvious, but perhaps is not. 

The existing group of DeLorean owners is as nice a
bunch of people as I have ever met. They will go
waaaay out of their way to help a fellow owner or
enthusiast/prospective owner and ask for nothing in
return.

So, whenever it is possible to return the favor, do
so. 
It will come back to you many times over.
