If the car has a lien from the IRS, you should be able to contact the IRS to
pay the Taxes due. You will probably want to contact your local Dept. of
Motor Vehicles or tax office to make sure there are no other Liens against
the vehicle. As long as you pay all the liens due and the dealership has the
title and is willing to sign it over to you, you shouldn't have any problem.
