help!- start problem

Hello again,
Thanks for the advice so far, but the car's still not running. I'll try 
to update and answer your questions.

The car was running rough, both at idle(searching)and while driving.
The idle speed motor is turning on.
Voltage on the resistor on the bottom right side during cranking was 4.8 
volts.
Voltage at terminal 15 of coil was about 4.3 volts.
Cleaned terminals at plug going into firewall.
Timing is slightly reatarded.
Took out RPM relay and checked it out, alright.
Mixture appears to be fine.

If anyone has any more suggestions, I'd be greatful. Again, thanks for all 
the help.
