Passenger Door

Hello
It seems that sometimes the passenger side door does not want to open the 
front latch. This happens both inside and outside. It unlatches the rear 
latch, but is unsuccessful in unlatching the front. This happens 
occationally, and often when the handle is not pulled swiftly to open the 
door. 
Any ideas? I have the larger piece of door leather off right now, and I'm 
looking at it. My dad and I had replaced the power lock solenoid, but I 
wasn't there for a lot of the time because of work.
