Question #4 (NKOB #5939)

Initial parts order (with factory literature) may arrive *after*
vehicle's final leg of journey home, so I ask now:

Question #4: Does factory Craig radio have an inline fuse? Mine is
dead in water. Do not see radio specific fuse in block. All other dash
electricals function OK.

Question #4.5: If I decide to trouble shoot radio, what is console
disassembly procedure -- specifically: how many attachment points &
where located, what faceplates etc must be detached from console
before removal, any hidden pitfalls?
Re: Question #3, rusty studs may prevent passenger side exhaust leak
repair in VA. All the more reason to fix radio (if possible) -- don't
want to spend 7 hours on highway listening to a doodlebug.

FWIW: My fine new ride was an eBay transaction -- COD. Examined & test
drove car before exchanging check, but was at mercy of seller for
history, etc. Jury still out on wisdom of purchase. Is honeymoon when
problems confined to radio and fuel accumulator. Ask me again when
idle speed goes crazy, suspension breaks, etc (yes, I've been reading
your posts ...)
