I don't belive thats correct. The watch is being sold to raise money for the
car. They have a new contract now and very shortly will be sending out full
contracts to original people who sent in the form and will be requesting a
deposit for the watch.

If you read the bottom of the newer form you'll see it talks about the
deposit.
