Rear tire torque spec.

I ordered new tires for the rear of my D today from the Tire Rack. I bought 
the Yokohamma AVS Intermediate, 235 60 15's V-rated. I know that it is 
possible to over-torque the front rims, but what about the rear? Is there 
anything that I need to caution my mechanic when re-installing the rear rims? 
What is the correct torque settings for the rims? Also, what about the tire 
balancing, is there something special for that also? Please let me know...DMC 
Joe? Anyone?
