Front License plate bracket

hi 
my name is Tony Izzo III, and i am looking for the front license plate
braket that doesnt drill into the bumper but goes on to 3 excisting screws
under the bumper. i bought my car in pennsylvania and i live in new york, so
the car didnt come with a front license plate braket. i have owned my car
for 2 months and think it time i get one befor i get a tiket. i have tried
pjgrady and they have 2 but are a little high priced for me for
now,($37-$49) i am only 16 and looking for a job. if any one knows where i
can get one cheeper (even if used) to use till i can afford pj grady PLEASE
