[DML] Re: wheel sandblast

The wheels on the 97 DeLorean Time Machine were sandblasted then powder coated
silver then clear powder coated. We experimented with just sandblasting and
then clear coating, but the color was too yellow.

I would recommend the silver and clear powder coating. The wheels are much
easier to clean with this coating.
