[DML] No engine swap, no turbo, no supercharger

The nearly universal complaint about the DeLorean has always been that the
performance doesn't match the looks or image the car has.

You can put a single or twin turbo on the car - Cost $5,000 to $7,000

You can swap the engine - Cost $5,000 to $25,000 or more

Each has their drawbacks, from cost...reliability...durability.

Imagine your stock PRV-V6 being massaged and transformed from 130hp to
200hp, without turbos, superchargers, or any hocus-pocus. Just an honest
200hp motor, with the dyno tests to prove it. Imagine the work being done
on your good condition engine for $3500, or getting a completely new motor
with these mods for $6,500. Imagine it even being warranteed.

In the year 2000, DeLorean Performance will no longer be an oxymoron.
