Limited edition vehicles, over the years take about 25 years to become very 
collectable. The DeLorean is somewhat unique. First you don't see many 
rusted out "D" s yet they were considered a sports car, in competition with 
the vette, so some became parts cars due to crashes. While the Internet has 
helped the proliferation of the DeLorean. it has temporarily lowered the 
price. Today It is a buyers market since Deloreans from around the country 
are available for sale within a keystroke. Soon The Internet will also 
promote the value of the "D" and the price will escalate. The beauty of a 
"D" as an investment is you can touch, polish, drive and brag about your car 
while it appreciates.
