[DML] Help?

I have an idle problem. My car, when warm, idles at about 1700rpm.

DMC Joe has been very helpful so far in helping me debug the
situation... but I realize he's very busy and can't reply to every
email I send.

So I thought I'd try to get some help from the list.

Here are MY voltages from the ECU:

pin 3 @ 4.0v
pin 4 @ 13.1v
pin 5 @ 9.3v
pin 9 @ 0.2v
pin 12 @ 7.6v

DMC joe mailed the average voltages which should be around:

pin 3 @ 4.7v
pin 4 @ 12v
pin 5 @ 7.3v
pin 9 @ 1.3v
pin 12 @ 5.3v

I took the readings when my car was warm (after idling for an hour with
my keys locked in the car) :>

Can anyone help?
