[DML] 85 mph speedo

It was alluded that the reason for the 85 mph speedo had something to do
with the limited HP and top speed of the DeLorean. That is not entirely
correct.

The 85 mph speedo was the result of the gas crisis. Not only did the
government lower the speed limit to 55 mph to conserve gas, they also
strongly suggested (it may have even been a mandate) that new cars be
fitted with 85 mph speedos to further discourage high speed driving.
