I forget the details of the original post but you may have thrown a wheel
weight causing one wheel to vibrate. This may give you that "speed bump"
sensation.

I'm always amazed to see people driving cars on the freeway with one wheel
bouncing violently. These are the opposite of those who drive cars that
look like the shocks fell out giving them the "smooooth" ride.
