Viewpoint Datalabs have various resolution (polygon Resolution) models of the Delorean. Most 3D packages (Softimage, Alias Maya, 3DSMAX) ship with a complimentary set of these 3D models, which include heads, buildings, aircraft etc and the obligatory 911, 57 chevy and the Delorean. The one they ship for free is a pretty lo-res model but if you are any good you should be able to modify it up to a decent one. At least it's not a Back to the Future conversion job...
