[DML] Update on the fuel system problems

Ok, so here's the update. I wanted to make sure that all was working as it 
should be concerning this warm up regulator, so I took out a plug and 
grounded it while someone cranked the car, and it sparked, so it's getting 
fire. I checked the two lines running into the regulator, and they both had 
gas in them, but not a lot. But there was gas in the ports on the regulator, 
so it had been pumped in. Is there some form of priming or something I'm 
supposed to do to this thing before I put it on?
