[DML] Replacement Tires for the Originals?

The original tires for the DMC are Goodyear NCT 195/60HR14 (front) and
Goodyear Eagle GT 245/60R15. I've been unsuccessful in trying to find
exact replacements of the originals. 

I've been able to locate another brand of tires for the front that are
H rated. However, it's been a challenge to locate replacement tires
for the rear that has the same speed rating. Is having a different
speed rating (front and rear) a problem? Should I go with a different
size tires to have match up the speed rating on the tires? What would
you guys recommend as replacements tires? I would prefer to get the
originals if that was possible.
