If your radio is like mine, there are two microscpically small holes in the 
face of the radio unit, at about 3 and 9 o'clock. The left one sets hours; 
the right one minutes. You'll need a sharp thin poker (perhaps an unfolded 
paper clip), then poke in once for each number increase.
