[DML] What is this I bought?

Hello all....
While in New Hampshire a few months ago, I bought a "brocheure" type of book 
that looks to me like a car dealership book they gave as info on the car they 
might buy one day while shopping @ said dealership. I got it at a car swap 
meet, and the cover is black with the delorean car imprinted into the cover 
page. Then, on the 1st page there is in big bold letters "PRESENTING THE 
DELOREAN". The rest is pics and info on the car. Any ideas on where it came 
from and what its value is???
