[DML] Inertia Switch Where does it go?

I bought my car last week and it had a bag of small parts one of them
being an Inertia switch.. Where does it go?

Also the Lambda counter (the discs with the numbers on them) where also
in this bag.. Is this something I need to replace or can I do with out?
