Yes, water is there for me too. I have never successfully addressed the 
problem. Drilling holes in the panel that seems to hold the fuel tank up 
presents itself as a solution (as that is where the water accumulates in my 
car) but I've never done it. Slightly worried of the rust beginning from the 
then compromised panel. And just lazy. Next try will be to extend the 
condensate drain hose.
