I'm having low voltage problems too. . I'll have 13Volt and when about to shift from 2nd in to 3rd the voltage drops to 10 volts and then starts to go back up. I'm in the process of making sure all the ground are good. And I wonder if the belt is loose and slipping but it feels tight.
