1. lower window. 
2. pry off upper door panel.
3. with large pliers pull on rods that open the latch see if maximum
travel is achieved. (sometime rusted or defective solenoid restrict
monvement. 
4. If you pull on both at the same time and have a second person open
the door, it should open.
