Hi Brad,

I had the same problem described below. The socket for fuse #7 (top center)
was melting. This fuse controls the Labmda unit. In my case, fixing the
fuse also fixed a nasty idling problem that I was having - one so bad that
my De Lorean kept dying on me. One way to fix your problem is to work
around the melted area, adding a fuse in new wiring (which sounds like what
was done to your car).

Cleaning the fuse contacts to remove corrosion, which will reduce heat
buildup...hopefully prolonging the life of the fusebox.
