Jason, Does ( Check ) mean it was spraying fuel. If so then there is most likely a firing problem. 1st off do you have spark at the plug's. 2nd what is the voltage reading on the blue yellow wire on the left side of the resistor when you trying to crank. To get a good fire you should have 9 to 10 volts at this point. 3rd. If so then your reading on the coil wire ( 15 should be just a little below that unless a wire is broken and not making good contact. Grounded the blue/black wire on the thermo-time switch and made sure that the red/white wire had power - Check 2. Pulled cold start valve off and made sure it was spraying - Check 3.
