I got mine off eBay, I think for around $40.00. The site that sold it to
me 
said it was some over what they usually sell it for, and they let me use 
online cash for their site. With that extra dough, I got a stainless mug
and 
I think some post-it notes with DeLoreans on them. 

It's a really good book.
