John Perhaps I shouldn't have used the term "much better" - apologies for that. I am not saying your pumps are poor quality. You may think they are the same but they are not - and definitely not made on the same production line. We had them side by side earlier today. The Renault pumps are the correct pump for the DeLorean engine in every way. I am _not_ trying to compete - we don't sell to the US market. Our only choice is a generic (ie not OEM) Volvo pump (without back plate), or a genuine Renault pump, or import from the US. The Ren pump ends up slightly more expensive but comes with a fitted brand new back plate.and the correct length shaft making fitting the pulley a doddle. Which one would you use, given the choice? The same choice you made when deciding to sell Volvo thermostats probably. Now, back to the plot - you get your pulleys from Rob, don't you?
