The reason I really don't think it is temperature related is cause I have been running my car with just over a gallon in the tank, thats just enough so it doesn't suck air when sitting in the driveway. With the car running long enough for the fans to start cycling on and off I never noticed any different noise coming from the fuel pump. I'll drop a thermo-couple in the tank and monitor it next time I get it started... If it truly is a problem, would be hot water in radiator pipes that hold tank up, not outside air. 195 degrees minimum -- way hotter than even Arizona summer. Bill Robertson #5939 Yahoo!
