I too feel that I was taken in by the previous owner of my car. I was told that if I put the fuel tank back in, buy a thermostat cap and change the hoses it would fire right up. Based on what I've just gone through, how do you think -I- feel? I do however highly value the education I just got. I feel more confident than ever in my abilities and the car. Would I do it again? No. Not unless my kids are grown and gone, I have more money and more time. Shoe-horning this in between family, work, and the military and on my barely adequate budget was a @#$!&. I don't think I'll ever be one of those guys who has 2 or three of these and just keeps going back for more punishment. I'm more of a grandparent. I've had my kid, and I'll help out with other people's kids because I know that when I'm sick of them, I can give'em back! :) --- In DMCForum@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, Jim Strickland <ihaveanaccount@xxxx> wrote: > > I would have sworn you were in on the initial discussion when I was > > trying > > to decide on buying this car. > > Now that you mention it, I remember that discussion, though I don't > remember seeing those pix. > > A hundred thousand dollars?
