> I would have sworn you were in on the initial discussion when I was > trying > to decide on buying this car. Now that you mention it, I remember that discussion, though I don't remember seeing those pix. A hundred thousand dollars? Is that all? When you say swap for my 3-rotor, do you mean three rotary rotors or the rest of the car too? Speaking of which, I've been unsuccessful in selling the 3-rotor at MY price, and since I really can't afford to keep it and have bills to pay, I'm selling it to the highest offer regardless of price. It's definitely going to go in the next 2 weeks. I'll put your offer in as "the new elmo with a broken back". What happened to the old elmo? whose car was that? Your car was hit at the front, back, and side all at the same time??? What sucky luck! Does an accident make the seats fall apart? The fusebox melt!! Oh wait, I think i remember now, I said "you couldn't pay me to take it" (no offense). I have already been up to my eyes in Delorean parts, and the pain of restoring the car is not worth the "investment" to me. Maybe some people feel it's an accomplishment to rebuilt a car, or maybe that it's fun and worth the $ to have the know-how. Apparently I don't fall in this group, maybe because I didn't know how much work my car was going to be to fix. This was due to one dishonest and downright mean seller, and me just being a little naive. It really leaves a sore spot, and it makes me irritable more than happy to own it. Jim PS. you should definitely buy that second car from the wife and not the husband. ________________________________________________________________ The best thing to hit the internet in years - Juno SpeedBand!
