You mean the late '50s International Crew Cab? http://intl-harvester.com/default.aspx Ford and Dodge followed suit in the mid-'60s and Chevy in the early '70s. As far as I know, the first "extended" cab pickup truck was the '73 Dodge Club Cab. By the late '80s all three had both "extended" and "crew" cab versions of their popular full-size trucks, so I doubt anyone could've gotten away with claiming they were first built in the 90's...
