[DMCForum] Tell me you didn't have to take the bumper off

...to get an impact socket on the crankshaft pulley.

The wrench I have won't fit in there without taking the bumper off, which
I
am dead set against at the moment. I tried a breaker bar with not luck. If
I
got that route, I need something to lock the engine down. I fear that
sticking something on the flywheel to lock it into place will damage it
(anything other than the stupid "special tool").

Any advice?
