It would be much easier for me just to get the guys in the shop to do any molds we need or want. For those who don't know I work for a fiberglass tooling and design company. And they give me access to the equipment after hours and supplies at cost. As for expanding foam yes moisture can be a problem but that is why most places use a thin plastic liner which acts as a burrier. Yes I do have my liner panels ready to go to work as molds but they are back in the car now... I am working on getting a company started. Problem is I bought a house and not do not have the cash needed to get the liability insurance to sell the products.
