[doc] Number plate surround for EUropean sized plates???

Are there any owners on this list from Germany, Sweden, France 
etc... who would like a OEM (sort of) looking number plate surround 
for the rear of their car?

At EuroFest I noticed loads of people who had driven across from 
Europe and their cars all seemed to lack the rear number plate 
surround.

I understand that in many countries you can't alter the size of the 
plate.

I am looking at having another pattern made with 3 raised pads 
either side of the plate aperture (OEM has 6) and the aperture 
narrowed from top to bottom so that it will look 'right' but fit a 
standard German/French plate.

I have some mock up photos of what it would look like and will post 
them later today on my website newoldbits.co.uk
