[doc] Window stuck down...

Hi all, hope that you can help.
Took the de out for a good run today as the weather was so nice. 
Unfortunatly I opend the door with the toll window in its down 
position, and then closed it. Now the window will not close it 
attempts to raise, but 'jams' behind the door trim. This leads me to 
believe that it has come out of its track? If my thinking what is 
the best way to get it back? remove the door trim and if so how does 
it all come of?
