Registration fun fact.
Well here is a fact that I keep saying over the years and its actually hard to believe.
Again while we have our repeat visitors we have as of the last list I looked at 47% new attendees
I go through the list and compare over the past few years so I may have missed a few but a vast majority are new people.
The cars change hands and we have a fresh supply of new interest every show.
Mind blowing but its a fun fact that baffles us each year.
With this in mind I think that I will add Andrew Probert and Kevin Pike along with George Crane to the Thursday Night program. Those of you that saw them before can go on to the cruise in and those of you that have not can see the presentation as it was in Gettysburg. It has been repeated 2 other times but as a side presentation before the dinners or at the tech sessions. It will last about an hour and a half I would think.
HOTEL
The Bricklin group has added to their block and we were allotted a few more rooms for our new block so we do have some rooms left.
Last time we were down to less than 30 people for the three nights.
The nights are now becoming less equal and Saturday night is
The additional block brings us back to 50 so we do have rooms but the selection now is mainly doubles.
Some Kings may become available so good luck.
This however is the rest of the rooms in the Hotel thus when they are gone that is it.
We contracted for 250 are at 290 and now have 50 remaining (we look at it as the three nights so understand Saturday actually has less than 50)
I still show 41 people with event reservations that do not have hotel reservations. You may be under a different name but I am sure at least 80% of this list needs rooms. Last time I sent out a list over 20 sets of rooms nights were sold.
Event Registration
We have more and more guests and the driving tour has grown so that I now have two full busses.
None of the places you visit are more than 10 minutes from each other. Most are within 5 minutes and the last stop is within walking distance of the hotel.
As you may remember on April 7 on Facebook and other medias we reported we had 63 reservations left. Usually half of our reservations come after May 1. I can guarantee that will not happen because we will be sold out before the event. So within 10 days we have had 23 event reservations turned in leaving us with only 40 left. If this trend continues we will be sold out in 2-3 weeks.
PLEASE NOTE as I still get people trying to buy raffle tickets. Once we are sold out unless we get a cancellation I cannot go over 500 per evening.
Fire code will not permit it so that is the final number and there are no exceptions.
If you want to come please register especially if you already have a room.
